General information about shipping

Delivery is made directly from our warehouse in Salmsach and usually arrives within 1-4 business days. You will receive the tracking number via email. In exceptional cases, such as supply shortages or high order volume, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Refrigerated shipping

In summer, when temperatures are hot, we ship the goods using reusable ice packs at no extra charge.

The cooling lasts 24 to 48 hours, but this does not constitute a guarantee or safety feature; it is merely a preventative measure to counteract the effects of high temperatures. Unfortunately, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not possible if the goods are damaged due to high ambient temperatures.
