Terms and Conditions

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Schrader GmbH to the customer.

Offer

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. All offers are valid "while stocks last." Errors and prior sales are reserved.

Conclusion of contract

Orders can be placed online, by email, or by post. The purchase agreement is concluded after the customer has transferred the invoice amount. The customer must be at least 18 years old.

pay

Delivery will be made using your chosen payment method. We offer the following payment methods:

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
credit card
PayPal
Twint

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account." With a single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. You will receive the invoice free of charge via email. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly statement with an order summary in the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment processing. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our own ( powerpay.ch/de/agb ).

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Warranty / Liability

As a retailer, we assume liability and warranty to the same extent as the manufacturers of our goods. Any further liability is expressly excluded.

Complaints

Complaints of any kind can only be considered if they are made in writing (e.g., email) within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Delivery

Delivery is made by sending the goods to the address provided by the customer. We ship our goods well-packaged and insured via Swiss Post. The scope of delivery for an item depends on the respective item description.

Delivery is subject to our own correct and timely receipt of supplies. We exclude any liability for damages resulting from delayed delivery or for goods stolen after delivery.

Ordered items, if in stock, are usually delivered within 1 to 4 business days of payment. In exceptional cases and in the event of supply shortages, the delivery time may be longer. Items that are not currently in stock will be prepared for shipment immediately upon receipt. Items are subject to prior sale, as they may sell out quickly. Delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.

If acceptance is refused without prior notification from the customer, or if a package left at the post office is not collected, both the shipping and return shipping costs will be borne entirely by the customer.

In summer, when temperatures are hot, we ship the goods using reusable ice packs at no extra charge.

The cooling lasts 24 to 48 hours, but this does not constitute a guarantee or safety feature; it is merely a preventative measure to counteract the effects of high temperatures. Unfortunately, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not possible if the goods are damaged due to high ambient temperatures.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns of ordered products due to dissatisfaction are expressly excluded. Any complaints regarding the quality or completeness of the delivery must be reported immediately, but no later than 24 hours after receipt of the goods, via email (info@candy24.ch) or the contact form. After 24 hours, the delivery is considered definitively accepted.

We always strive for a quick and uncomplicated solution, however, we cannot be held liable for damage during transport or damage resulting from improper storage after receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The actual products may differ from the illustrations.
