Not satisfied?

Returns of ordered products due to dissatisfaction are expressly excluded. Any complaints regarding the quality or completeness of the delivery must be reported immediately, but no later than 24 hours after receipt of the goods, via email or contact form . After 24 hours, the delivery is considered definitively accepted.

We always strive for a quick and uncomplicated solution, but cannot be held liable for transport damage or damage due to improper storage after receipt of the goods.

For incorrectly delivered items, you will receive a return label from us; the return must be made within 5 working days.

For damaged items, we will provide you with a return label after determining fault, provided the damage was clearly due to inadequate packaging. The return must be made within 5 business days of this decision. We will also consider a refund, depending on the value of the damaged goods.
